Come on orange G10! It's going to be a close tie between the G10 and the Canvas Micarta.

OK guys, just to stir the pot a bit I give you some food for thought.

This is what the poll results are going to end up giving us:

That's an RC-3MIL folks. Granted, it's not a mod pommel nor does it have your pack number on it, but it's still basically a stock color combo.

I really would like to see something really different. Like these:

I'm hoping this post drives you all MAD!! I personally like the black and orange.

I was on the fence with the canvas vs. orange.

Of course, that was before I remembered (saw on here) that I could ALREADY GET A CANVAS AND BLACK RC3.

Now folks, we want this to be special...

So, ORANGE AND BLACK DAMMIT!

Must we bring up orange and pink again???:eek:

Hey, I like the RC-3 Mil! I'd be happy with that. But I'd be even happier with a satin blade in 440C. Has this idea died, Tony, or can we resurrect it for discussion? Maybe a poll would be in order, unless Jeff has put the kibosh on this.

Yeah, this too.

Indeed he has. One of the closed threads shows where that has occured.

In our world, orange is a training color. Orange pistols, orange plastic blades, etc.
This is no training knife. It is the real thing.

Sorry guys, 440 is off the table for the time being.

We really want to make this affordable for us and easy for Rowen.

If we make it too complicated or add too many options, it gets more expensive for us and less people buy it. Less people buy it, more of a loss for Rowen and much less chance of anything like this happening again.

Ah. Been watching this forum like a hawk, when I can, but I missed that.

No worries here. I'll buy the stainless knife when it comes out.

In my world, green and tan and brown things are hard to find when you drop them. Orange is a very popular color among hunters, and since deer are colorblind, I do not have to worry about them spotting an orange knife when I sneak up on them.

:D

I spend much time in the woods every year, for over 40 of them. Never lost a knife. It's a non-issue, really.
