Reate Knives-Users' opinion and collections

Does anybody have pics of the Hills next to an 801 or Spydie Southard? I'd like to see how it compares size wise

Sweet, thanks man! I was really hoping it'd be a bit smaller, more like the Southard. It looks almost exactly the same as the 801, which is just a bit too bulky for edc. The Southard is dimensionally close but feels much smaller in the pocket. Oh well, guess I'll just keep waiting for Reate's 3" model!

No problemo! With the rate that David is producing new models, I'd wager that we will see that 3" model this year.

Right David? :)

My newest Reate which is a Fort Henry exclusive Horizon-C with bronze anodizing and gold barrel spacers.

Hi guys, we will be exhibiting in the Atlanta Blade Show in Jun. Our booth is 306, we hope we can meet you there :)

I've had my District 9A & 9B for about 3 weeks and I have to say I'm very impressed. The consistency of the action in both models are very identical without having to adjust the pivot or lubing them. Fit & finish is perfect. They are very smooth and flip great.

I like the solid titanium pocket clip and backspacer.

I'm carrying and using the passaround Hills model, and I like it so much I think I might buy an anodized version for myself before my passaround time is even over. Heck of a knife.

Are you any closer to getting us the 3 inch blade flipper by Blade Show?
