I think David said that the bulk orders already shipped to retailers. I'd imagine its just a matter of shipping time and retailers processing time at this point.

Cool thanks. Will the C's blade have the same general profile as the A and B? Must be the angle of the pictures I've been checking out, but something just looks different in the C. I can't quite put my finger on it.

I believe the C is the same profile, but the grind is quite a bit different. Probably an optical illusion. Auston has both, he can probably elaborate better than me.
 
What I want is for BHQ to have a "coming Jan 30th" on the product page.

Why is it such a big deal to let me know when I can expect a product to go up for sale on their site?
I'm signed up for the "email alert" but if history is any indicator, by the time I get the email, they will be sold out.

So basically my only option is to check the Horizon-C product page several times per day, and that is burdonsome.
I'd rather just be told when I can expect it to hit the site, that way it saves me a lot of hassle.
 
What's up with the carbon fiber horizon listed on gpknives? There is no pic nor any indication which model it will be(A, B, or C).

Yours doesn't look like it got the "blackwash" treatment on the Ti. I presume this was by request?
 
Is the green anodized handle still going to be a thing? Or is it just going to be the blackwashed scales?

Has anyone who preordered with Knifecenter heard anything on their Horizon C yet? I got in on the preorder pretty early and thought they were supposed to be in by the end of January.

Based on the fact they are still using the product pics from David's facebook page, I think it's safe to say KC hasn't received them yet.
I called BHQ yesterday and they said they haven't received theirs yet, hence the lack of an in-house product photo.

So far as I know, only people in the USA that have them are the ones who pre-ordered directly from David
