Recommend me a Mora

But for food prep mora 2000 is much better than companion.
And the 205P is much better than the 2K ;). This one is an excellent hunting knife as well. Not as good for wood working though.

Thicker=stronger=better for batoning;)

Correction: Thicker = greater wedging action = better for batoning. I've batoned 8-ft. long 10" thick logs with machetes before (just to see if I could--I don't recommend it though!) and they held up fine. You'll almost certainly bust the handle on a thin Mora before you destroy the blade. :)

Companion has very short tang but is still undestroyable.

Actually the tang is reasonably long. But yes--it's a very tough knife and Mora models with significantly shorter tangs like the 760 are able to stand up to tremendous amounts of abuse. :) Hope I don't sound like I'm being deliberately argumentative or anything. I think we're ultimately on the same page here.

Now that is the real clipper tang.

I like this guys technique. Moras are great!

I have a few pukko's. However, my carbon Mora #1 is still my favorite.
Once it has been sharpened a few times it holds an edge that easily sharpened back.

Also, the barrel shaped handle is great for all manner of positions.

No--the picture I posted is a picture of a Companion. Which is also the exact same profile and tang style/length as that used in the Robust so it's a moot point. :D

And actually the Clipper is not only a separate model, but now features a long tang like the Companion/Robust/Allaround :)

I should never have read this thread! I now have a Bushcraft Survival, an Outdoor 2000 and a Bushcraft Black on the way. :)

My companion just broke (very very hard use) and yes ,you are right tang is long.

So much for needing a BK9. ;)

I have yet to see a better value/deal for a knife than a Mora Companion. I already have four and plan on adding to that. I actually prefer the thinner stainless over the Heavy Duties.

I will try to get some pics of broken clipper.

Now when I broke my bushcraft knife I will need to buy new one but I need something much stronger (batoning) your opinion which will work best for me (price range is max 70$)
My options are Kabar bk2, condor rodan, condor varan, mora bushcraft black and anything that is like that.

If there are any mistakes in text than sorry English is not my native language.

Wooden #2 can't be beat. Also, and forgive me if this falls under deal spotting, I would buy from a place that rhymes with gag reed gorge.

I've got the rodan and it's good for batoning, seems pretty much indestructible and Condors come with great leather sheaths, can't go wrong there. But the BK2 is a great knife too but heavier and has a beefier spine, better handle (grip). Really, you can't go wrong with either, it's really down to personal preference.
