Red alert traditionals!

I think this is the only red one I have, kind of lose track.

Augie, that Dixie Stockman shows great elegance, I've been brooding about getting a stag one for months. If only they did RED Stag in that!!

I like Brian's pilot knife too, having double longpulls gives you extra bites at the cherry:D:D:D

Will, I only have a single blade, but the extension spring on the two-blade teardrop is a seldom seen nice touch!

And that red is . . . RED !!

Several coats of latex exterior, "fiesta red," on an early '90s Opinel N° 8 with one-way locking ring and reprofiled blade.

Primble Many thanks for your enthusiasm! Pity it's no longer Peach season here, they were sweet :D The Pocket Worn Bone is very nice but far from the Constellation of Old School Red CASE you show:thumbup::thumbup: That Senator!

Jeff Yes, I like the extension spring and the excellent workmanship on this pattern. It's defo RED and not that pinkish stuff CASE sometimes offers.... I do think this knife would be a killer if it had had a more substantial/longer Master blade though. Here's some more Pocket Worn Red CASE from around 1998, I like it anyway.

Regards, Will

(PS really hard to access the forum or post anything this morning, keep getting errors and shut down....)

This is my kind of bloodlust. I used to have a focused collection of GEC reds before I decided to break it up and focus on the CC collections. I couldn't let go of a few favorites.

Here are my non-Charlow reds:

I sniff 'em out like a blood hound!

Very nice that lot Evan but particularly the fixed Tidioute

Tidioute time again, this time Red Sawn Bone.

Thanks, Will

Thanks Will! That one is actually a prototype that never went through to production. No stamp or any sort of identifiers on it, besides the Tidioute stamp shown in the pic. Quite the rare bird!

Dork alert... This is my "Iron Man" Case improved trapper. From the flag inlay to the covers / colors... it reminds me of my favorite comic book cover. I could draw parallels from the knife to the artwork for hours. Which has totally inspired my avatar, if you didn't figure that out yet :o
