Hello
About 2 months ago i ordered a Hoback Kwaiback from Reggie_375RGR. Everything sounded good an i sent the money with paypal family and friends because i trusted the seller. Later i got an email that the knife is shipped now. 2 months later now and i still dont have the knife and when i try to make contact and ask where it is i get no reply. Does anyone know this user or have an idea what i could do? In the forum hes got a good feedback and is still posting stuff.
I am pretty disappointed because i paid half of my loan for it.

If anyone knows something please pm me( maybe Reggie will contact me after reading this post?)

A bit more detail would be good.
Where in the world are you?
Were you supplied with a mail tracking number?
If you are not in the same country as the seller, was the knife legal to import? Is there a possibility that it was seized by customs?
Did you verify the address the knife was sent to?

Often these things are due to one of the above reasons.

I live in Switzerland so its a far shipping way.
No i didnt get a tracking Number and when i asked for it later i got no answer.
Yeah the knife is 100% legal in my country.
The address is correct on my paypal.
But we made something out to avoid high taxes the seller wrote a lower pice on it and wrapped it into a shirt. But i think if this is the reason why my knife didnt arrive i should have gotten a message about it. Once i did the same and they just sent me a message that i have to show them my paying bill and pay the taxes after.

So i dont really have an idea what happened and why the seller doesnt answer my messages.

Yeah i know i shouldnt but i really trusted the seller. And jeah taxes to my country are pretty damn high.
But at least i learned to avoid paying family&friends in paypal. XD

Yea, taxes here are a pain. I lose out on every purhase/trade.

Friendly tip: if you trust someone who's willing to break the rules/law (PayPal and taxes)... you probably shouldn't.
 
Your english is better than mine and it's the only language i speak and write.

Not sure what is going on but the friend and family paypal set you up to fail, and the avoiding taxes is another set up to fail. Hopefully the seller will get you a tracking number so you can see where it's at and what can be done, if anything. Maybe its in the snail mail and that can take awhile to and from europe from this side of the pond. Good luck Sir.

Oh boy, lying about customs value and cheating PP using FF. how many times?
Hopefully, the seller will come here and/or give you some tracking info.
Some of the situations here are like ground hog day.......the same thing over and over again.
You made a poor bed, and now you have to lay in it.
That said, hope it works out.
 
You trusted the seller, how long have you known him?

In order to enjoy a bond of trust one generally knows a lot more than a name of a person selling a knife.

There was a guy who trusted the seller of the George Washington Bridge and well, the rest is history.....

Want to buy a bridge???
 
We all know using friends and family is a a no no and lieing to customs come on man you know better so here you got 2 wrongs on your side. But what I think is being missed here is that no matter how he paid he paid right or wrong and the seller needs to step up and proves the information the buyer is asking for. He's just as wrong if not more serious lack of communication excepting ff and agreeing to defraud customs. A little reading goes a long way OP smh.
 
If the knife does not show up you are out of luck because you paid using F&F. Lying on the customs form is even worse. Not sure how long you have been trying to get hold of Reggie, but he was very slow to respond when he had something for sale that I was interested in. He may not check his email often. I'm sure he will respond here, or email you, he may very well be a busy guy.

Well we'll well, look at this fuckin bullshit. I have sent you all proper info that was needed tracking and otherwise. Maybe you should pull your head out of your ass and get things straight before posting a bunch of ridiculous bullshit.

Here is what really happened

I sent you the stupid ass hoback over two months ago and yea you did ask me to lie in the declaration form and yes you did ask me to take the knife apart and send it in pieces to try to disguise it from the local customs agents because it was illegal to have flippers and the blade was too long but you wanted me to do you a favor and you would pay extra if I would do all of this so that you could not lose the knife. When I told you that I would not try to cheat customs and that I would just send it normal mail and that it was totally up to you and that the risk was yours, that's when you paid with friends and family because I knew this kind of situation was gonna happen. Now you try to bring this bullshit sob ass story about how you got ripped off and now your an even bigger idiot for trying to tell even more bullshit that isn't true. You know you got the knife and you didnt like it or it was confiscated because you probably couldn't have it in the first place. Either way, go fuck yourself. You know that you were sent everything, shipping info, knife and all and you are just a whiney bitch and can't handle the fact that you fucked up and your shit was confiscated
