Regrets

Original BM806 .
BM46. 41
one of first Strider SNG , newer versions dont work for me.

Microtech UTX-70, I felt it was just too small and would never be used. Now i'm finding all sorts of things I could've used that knife for.

I had a Buck 119 that I bought in the mid 70s (I was maybe 12 at the time, and no one seemed to care). I haven't seen in in years (I think my ex-wife stole it), but got into Busse in the mean time, and didn't really give it much thought until recently. I thought about replacing it, but although the reviews od the current version are generally good, I've seen quite a few that say they aren't what they used to be. It doesn't quite fit the thread, but it's gone, I regret it, and probably won't replace it.

This Nick Wheeler Hunter- there were spots on the blade so I returned it instead of sending it to Nick to be refinished.

And this Dozier Folder- I'm still looking to replace it.

I've only sold one knife, & I made sure I had a better knife to replace it. No regrets.
It does take months sometimes, to warm to a knife. 3-4 days is unfair to the knife.

I sort of wish I still had these knives. I would probably not use them much, but they did impress me when I owned them. They got traded or sold because they did not match my carry style (and still don't) but I sure enjoyed owning them and wouldn't mind finding another.

These two went to people I knew. The subrosa was a great knife, but sold to a friend who liked it, and it was too similar to my sebenza. The ZING was gifted to my brother, and I do with so much that I had it back. He has lost it twice already

My only regrets relate to buying on a whim. Have given a few knives away, but have not sold any. They pile up and the ones that I really don't care for sit in a Rubbermaid tub.

There are to many to list but the top ones would be Mad Dog Khyber with a 10 inch blade and one with a 14 inch blade, sibert Argonaut, Bill Siegle tanto that has like an 11 blade cord wrapped with a turkish not. Bought that one second hand for like 110 bucks and now I could not afford to buy it. Lastly I had MMHW make me a customer fighter with a 12 inch blade and I had Rowe make me a sweet sheath for it.
:(

I regret buying my zt560. Used it a little, and just don't like it, but have a hard time moving it on

When I was a kid I had this lockback my dad gave me and I eventually traded it for something.
I'm pretty sure it was a cheapo, but it was a pretty solid knife from what I remember.
All I know was that it was ultra slim with a black composite handle / frame and the brand was diamond ( had the word diamond inside a diamond on the handle and always made me think of the match company ) and the blade was real shiny.

It's not exactly the same as I actually want to have the knife again , but I just can't find one.

I traded my CRK large regular Web Site because I couldn't bring my self to use it. The knife I traded for it has lost value and I never use it...

a dumb and dumbest trade.

Had a ZT 0630 that I loved but traded for a Spyderco Southard. Regret getting rid of the 0630 cause I hated the Southard.

Traded the Southard for a Benchmade 810-1401 and absolutely love it. It ended up working out but still miss the 0630. Won't buy one for retail again though.

My first two CRKs were a large and small regular. I ended up selling them both due to pressure from my wife who incidentally is now my ex of 10 years :)

My sprint run delica g10. Wish I gave it more time. I ended up selling it because I thought it weighed too much compaired to the regular frn handle. Looking to buy another soon to give it one more shot. That green g10 is too dang attractive!
