Hey everyone, I apologize for the delay with this project, we're back on! The hold-up was that I messed up on grinding the bevels and instead of modifying the blade from what it would have looked like I decided to just make a whole new blade for it, so I ordered some damascus So here we go:

New blade profiled:

Blade cleaned up and the slot on the "handle" cut in with the band saw.

Thinning out the blade to fit into the slot using a flex shaft tool and a cut off wheel:

Starting to fit the blade into the slot:

Fitting complete:

Blade replaced More tomorrow.
