Well... I just received the refund that I requested 42 days ago yesterday. The check was shipped from Spokane Washington from a law firm that handles Financial litigations. It didnt come from survive knives. that to me sounds like they're in big trouble. I strongly urge anyone on this forum including moderators or let's say Silver Needle to contact survive knives and have a representative for their company come here and explain to their customers what's going on. it's definitely got me scratching my head.

I'm not going down that road buddy. Feel free to call them or email tomorrow and find out for yourself. If you requested a refund and you haven't received it yet, when you do receive a check or a confirmation email from PayPal or your credit card company ...you can see it with your own eyes. I requested a check for the full amount.
 
I'd really love to see actual proof of this claim.
I'm not going to call you a liar on this just yet, but I have family in corporate and litigation law, and that's not how it works unless you filed a lawsuit against them.

What's the name of the firm, at least? Can you show us just the return address on the envelope? Anything to substantiate?

Good answer. I suspect some others will find the same when their refunds arrive.
 
I'm not going to lie but some of the ignorance here is just astounding. I cannot believe that a lot of members here refuse to accept the reality that this company is going under. I wasn't expecting this either. You tell me why it took them 42 days to send me a check for refund? And why would it come from a law firm? Either they're being sued or their having to deal with a lot of refunds and they're trying to handle this through a legal firm because they're getting ready to go under. I don't know, I've never ran a business before but it smells real fishy to me.
 
I actually don't find that notion unrealistic at all. This isn't the first unsubstantiated claim you've made, though, so you'll need to forgive some skepticism while we wait to see your specific experience corroborated.

Additionally, you've previously made claims about wanting to sink the company, so a grain of salt is pretty reasonable here I think.

That said, If you're telling the truth, I don't think many will be surprised at the outcome.
 
I urge every survive knives customer that is waiting through the preorder sales or their factory 2nds campaign to cancel their orders immediately and demand a refund before it's too late. I do know that companies that have received Monies before shipping product can file bankruptcy and their customers get screwed over. you've been warned

The claims that I made in the past were very truthful. I can't help that the people that released that information to me didn't want to put themselves in a position where they could be held liable in civil court. I've been down that road before. small companies will come after you strong if they feel that their business is being threatened. Again, I strongly urge any and all survive knives customers to cancel their orders and to demand a refund before it's too late.
 
Your previous claims were outlandish, so you can't really blame us if we're skeptical.
Honestly if I were you, I'd show some definitive proof of your claim before this turns into a defamation lawsuit against you.

Buddy I've been down this road with another knife manufacturer. I know the law very well. I'm not going to release any other information that includes hard evidence against this knife production company. If you along with many other customers here have requested a refund you can see it with your own eyes. I'm only here to warn their customers so they don't get screwed over in the future after this company goes under.
 
I wonder if customers here on this forum are going to wait for the gso12 gso10 gso6 gso 4.7 and just hope like hell that this company doesn't go under and takes the risk of getting screwed over? I'm serious about this. We are way past rebuild or hoping if they can fix this. We're all investors here and the customer.

I might have to make some time tomorrow to call up Survive and the law firm to get some truth to these claims.
Right now I call BS though. Any firm worth a damn would charge an arm and a leg to handle finances for a company.

Look at it this way...if you took tens and thousands of dollars from customers and you haven't shipped your product in almost 2 years and you can't meet the demand of production...yes, I think they would hire somebody to handle your financial crisis if their getting ready to go under. You're thinking from a large corporation situation... the law firm would not charge them out the ying-yang to handle a case like this.

It's hard to tell at this point what is really going on considering the company has avoided the Conserns thread.
They might be avoiding it because the ship is sinking, or they might be avoiding it because they're fine and they don't want to deal with confrontations from people with obvious chips on their shoulders.
I wouldn't want to deal with that witch hunt if I were them.
