removing price on sold items

I just saw an ad I was VERY interested in and it was maked SOLD before I even saw what he was asking.
 
Thank you Spark, I think that says all that needs to be said.

(I am going to close this now before we begin this diatribe all over again. If anyone has issue with that please let me know.)
