Rick Hinderer Knives Picture Thread

It is light gray...I wish it were white! I would love to find a way to make it white...but then I couldn't post pics on here.

Great pics as usual Jason. That wharnie is looking good!!! Stonewashed ti and brass is my favorite combo as you are probably aware. :)
 
Man, I love that gen 2 bro. nothing like an older model I would Imagine, thats how I usually like it. when I collected MTs I always wanted the older models, but see with RHK, the quality never decreased over the years, not at all. so its a dif. story...but still something tells me that an first or second gen XM, or firetac or something may have that little bit more of ricks touch? or maybe just silky smooth from extra years of flippin? ehh...Im sure its all in my head. Im quite crazy as you all know by now! ;)

Well, all of the Gen 1 and Gen 2 3.5" XM-18s are customs as well as the Gen 1 XM-24 and Gen 1 3" XM-18s, so they have that going for them. There are a whole lot less of them as well.

Ive always been a huge fan of old beat up CRKs that have that pocket tumbled look with tons of character marks. I thought what a great look that would be for a Hinderer. Heres my solution. I bought a blasted gen 2 then replaced the black g-10 scale with a Sandblasted ti scale. Now Im going to carry this thing like a mo fo. Its going to be my EDC user from here on out. I cant wait until its got that bad ass pocket tumbled look! If I dont like it then I can always get it reblasted at the ranch. :) I dressed it up with a silver crusader handle nut, silver skull filler tab, copper standoffs, and a camo lanyard with a copper bead. Ill post pics again once it looks like it went through a war or two. :)

Dude...nice! That knife is just begging to get the crap used out of it. I love SB knives, and I'd love to eventually get a SB Ti scale for my 3". Very nice pics man, and congrats again on the incredible legendary gen 2!
 
Great job Jensen :) That is one sweet setup!! Those Gen 2's are classy

Those great pics and great setup pushed me over the edge!! I've got one coming :D
