3" Flashover with Dagger Grind. Very nice, if I had the funds, I would have nabbed that one, nice catch.

This is why I often say that I'm sometimes mistaken and why I often choose words like "looks like". Thanks, Rich for clarification.

It's a nice snag and great example of Rick's work.
 
For edification. I've seen knives identified as Fire Tacs with either thumb discs or thumb studs...did they exist in both variations?

Yes, there were even some verisons with a thumbhole. There are so many different Firetac versions, lots of different grinds (claw, tantos, hellfire, etc., etc.), different variations (Extreme, Stellite, etc.) and different sizes.

Yep...that's why I thought that Flashover was a Firetac at first sight.
 
Man that is a cool color N2K! I bet there aren't many of those floating around.

Thanks...no comment on any details as I truly have no idea. All I know for sure is that it is special.

And I'm very humbled and grateful to own it.
