Years ago I ran across the Swissbianco +B NeckAngel and thought it looked like a very utilitarian neck knife, but, I couldn't help thinking I'd seen it somewhere before...
...the original BK&T neck knife, aka the "Becker Necker" with a different handle!
I didn't think much of it at the time, two simplistic neck knife designs that resemble each other, no big deal.
HOWEVER...
Over the last several years I've noticed complaints on this and other knife related forums that some of Roger Remund's "original" designs were copies of other makers' work.
It wasn't until I'd heard rumors of him knocking off Peter Atwood's designs that I really took an interest in whether or not Swissbianco was thief. :thumbdn:
Decide for yourselves:
Page 3 of this PDF shows a knife obviously "inspired" by the Emerson LaGriffe:

This PDF shows knives obviously "inspired" Spyderco, Warren Thomas, and Hideaway Knives aka Frontsight:

Knockoffs of Peter Atwood's tools:

Steel, Titanium, damascus, patterned, glow dot, same options Peter offers who'd a thunk it.
Now he's knocking off Hinderer's pens, I particularly like the black ones at the bottom of this page:

Which, by the way, look nothing like Rick's Extreme Duty Pen. :jerkit:
It's pretty obvious that many of Swissbianco's "original" designs can be directly linked to other maker's work, the Atwood and Hinderer knockoffs have convinced me that Roger is ethically challenged at the very least.
