What a beautiful set!
It reminds me of the "Fuhrmannsbesteck" that German and Austrian coachmen used to carry with them from the 1600s to the 1800s.

My in-laws would probably come over, use them, and then scrub the micarta with a Brillo pad until they got to the bare metal of the tang! I have to hide my good cooking knives 'cause they kept cutting stuff on top of the broiler pan. AGGGGGHHHHH!

Hey Rob,that little stag is 3.25" closed,5-5/8" opened up
Blade is 2.5" tip to bolster,with a 2.25" cutting edge
