I am happy to post the interesting shop pictures & glad you like them,Thanks Rick!
Here is a better look at the very interesting utility/parer blade profile,that I previosly mentioned. It's hard to see it in the prev, picture,this is a direct look.
I explained to Rick,I was looking for a different blade profile,since I currently have modified & regular warncliffe blades on paring knives. My thoughts was a curved parer (much like a pruner type blade),that you'd commonly see on Victronox or Hoffritz parers,or the like.
Well,inspired,once again,by Tony Bose & his magnificent knives.This blade is based on a blade,that is one of 5,of a 3-5/8" five blade Rodgers whittler,witch can be seen in the Bose thread,pg.282,post #5626. It was all Rick's idea to create this knife.
Showing the knives is the least I can do to Thank Rick & other makers ,as well. I am fortuneate to be able to have such great handmade knives,and I'm grateful,too I always order micarta,because the basis of my knives I acquire,is "no holding back full useage"
I will certainly add pics of the finished knives when I can.
:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
BTW it remains un named
Thanks,
-Vince
