I think i will take 11 to sell this year. One more double blade dog-leg to post pictures of. Cant wait to see most of the guys for one of the best weekends for knives of the year. I wish everybody could come! I started cutting parts for blade show and blade del. in Dec. I have alreay started for next year to get a better jump on things!

Wow! Great front/back pockets! Pruners aren't bad either; I kind of want one for morel season next year. Looks like a fine mushroom knife.

The shields on the pruners are really nice. Never seen flutes on a shadow pattern before. Great stuff. Who made the damascus?

Rick, how often do you do fixed blades compared to your slip joints? From the look of some of your fixed blades, they'd make quick work of a Whitetail.

I apologize ,I should have stated that but I am distracted lately as we load the Cordoba :D.

"Oh, the leather outside is frightful..."

Be safe and seeya there...

Vince i think you need to stop and pick up Quacker. It is Nickols damscus. I have used a good bit of damsteel on fixed blades and liner-locks but i thought i would try Chad's ss. It is some good stuff. Rc right what he said it would good stuff. MHILL i have not built very many fixed blades in the last year maybe 20 or 30. I am only takeing 1 to the show. Lhave took as many os 30 to blade in the past.I have a Bowie almost complete but its not going to make the show. My brother can make pretty short work of a whitetail. 14 minutes to gut, yank the hide and 1/4. Them fixed blades are made for the user.

Yeah, I'm going to have to get myself one of your fixed blade knives. They look like they could take the abuse and still have that traditional style about them. Very nice.

I have never kept one for myself. I was lucky and got Reese Bose to build me one. Man what a knife. I am looking forward to trying it out on a whitetail!

Here's some parts & blades to check out. Some new patterns in there.
Enjoy ! :)
