Rick Menefee Knives...

Rick, not sharp enough ? That must be some sort of "in" joke, right ? Beautiful knife, especially with the sunk joints. I can see it's big with the 2 springs. Makes me think of a Mercedes limousine: Powerful and Smooth.
I'd be glad to give it a good home, (even if it is kinda dull !)

Black paper handle material. Dowell's like another brother to me. My brothers and i would do whatever, whenever for him or his family!

I handle that beauty and she's a Dandy! I liked it
a lot! But I spent my limit at BLADE...lol

I made it for a former menefee made fan! Its wasnt sharp enough for him so he turned it down! I think it is a great knife. A little heavy but thats they way they were made. For big boys!

I'm not a former Menefee made fan, Rick, I've always supported you and your knives both here on the forums and at the shows. I just had a few issues with the knife that went beyond the edge bevels.
It happens. Life goes on and no hard feelings on my end.

@ Roland: I believe it's still on the dealer site in case you want to follow up.

Well, I won't post any more in your thread, Rick, since it obviously bothers you but since it wasn't a secret that you were building that particular knife for me since this post I figured it'd look pretty poorly if I didn't address the situation.

Anyway, as I said, no hard feelings on my end.

Guys,

I have two friends who I respect greatly on many levels. This tiff needs to be taken to PM's or email. This discussion is not appropriate here in this thread or in this forum.

Do not escalate this in this thread any further.

Rick, that is really nice. I love the feel of a good serpentine. That was my favorite pattern before I discovered the Lanny's Clip.

That's a fine looking knife Rick

Nice slim blade! I bet it is thin and sharp enough to make a heckuva nice job filleting some bass or brim! Looks good, too!
