Let me get this straight, you sold a knife, the buyer alerted you within 24 hours that he had problems with the deal and you could not refund his money because you had spent it. AND THEN YOU"VE GOT THE NERVE TO LEAVE THE BUYER NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. "Didn't follow protocol", yeah, someone didnt' but it wasn't him. You're a real piece of work.
