Maybe try some Birchwood Casey black finish, on the two that have faded.

They make pens for touch up also, I would sand them lightly, then put it in the liquid. Bend a piece of wire, to suspend it in the liquid, letting it rest on its side or top, might create a darker spot.
It could be rubbing on the inside of your pocket. Just the motion of you walking, could be creating enough force, to rub off the finish.
I’ve considered that but I’ve never experienced it with any other knife in my pocket, and I’ve asked Rockstead groups on here and FB if anyone else has noticed it- nope.
Rockstead maintains that it’s a new phenomenon to them too.
How can my pockets be that different than anyone else’s
and it’s not like it’s a years worth of pocket time! In both instances, it took around 2 weeks for it to happen.
I’m keeping a very close eye on the new one, starting today.
