I think that was the Chutemandu. Those were very cool.
Eta: Nevermind, just noticed you said UNsharpened.
 
I believe that there might have been some drop point RMDs offered at KC shows... At least the they looked like drop point in 'the wall' photos.

I demand to see pics of this drop point RMD because I am now putting my RMD order on hold until I see it. Worldwood YOU MUST POST PICS!!!!!

This is sounding more and more like the myth that is the N2K RMD!!!
 
I have tried to reply to you guys like 10 times and i keep getting web page not available

instead you will seek other style swamp rats..

Oh its just a regular RMD ground to a drop point black on black, that is all

Did i say drop point i meant it is a tanto :) tanto RMD black on black--- yep, sounds right.
 
No myth here, custom shop will drop point the blade of pretty much any knife you want. Thats no biggie. I do have a drop point RMD already ordered but im sure this one will take a while. And mine cost over 300 bucks... but its not going to be just any RMD drop point either. Thats all you get from me :)

At this point the RMD i have on order is a 1 of a kind, I made sure of this when i came up with the ideas i wanted. But when its finished, i will post a couple pictures, but until then my idea is...... ALL MINE... :)

I talked to Josh a while back about putting a drop point on an RMD (same cost as chopping the top guard on an R6) but I want to see a picture before I go for it. I don't know why but my knives have to be good looking to me for me to want them. The way the RMD comes its a nice looking blade if its anything like the R6 looks so much better with a drop point.

I will post a few pictures but im sure it will be a couple months before its finished.

For me this will be my grail, my safe queen. The RMD is my favorite blade, so i wanted my grail to be the best version of my favorite blade possible. If it were going to be a user it would have been designed differently, but still have the drop point.

The rodent 6 does look perfect as a drop point without the top guard. As soon as i seen elofs i made arraignments to have my own! Its the first knife i seen that has the chance to put my rmd back in the drawer! quarter inch thick and 6 inches long with a drop point.. its like the BK2 of swamp rat!

I don't think even a drop R6 could replace the RMD for me as I value light weight strength which imo no knife does that better than the RMD.

My Spidey-senses drew me to this post.

N2K RMD is mythical however "we're" about to know if it will ever be. I'm serious. In the coming weeks it will either get a positive official reaction or die on the vine.

If it dies, I'll just keep a eye on the future to a Busse that is the RMD. Nothing out there is yet the N2K RMD.
