Today's breakfast was pretty simple compared to the others, but still oh so tasty. Pot roast hash. Start off with a layer of hashbrowns, top with pot roast, pile on an egg (over easy), and then top with shredded cheddar. Salt and pepper to taste.

I see no hot sauce in evidence.
That leaves The Biscuit a fair amount of breathing room.
