Round Three Guyon!

Chicks around here love a guy that can cook more than Ramen noodles.
Murph- I thought it was Espanol...
I prolly screwed that up. :D

I'm calling you out!

Today's breakfast was pretty simple compared to the others, but still oh so tasty. Pot roast hash. Start off with a layer of hashbrowns, top with pot roast, pile on an egg (over easy), and then top with shredded cheddar. Salt and pepper to taste.

Guyon, you might just want to concede defeat at this point.

For those new to the forum, see the previous threads here:

Where's the hot sauce?

Everybody knows hash and hot sauce go together. Like Ethan ... and Becker.

Hot sauce woulda interfered with the flavor of the pot roast! I put it on enough other stuff to make up for it though. Now if only the missus would stop complaining on date night... ;)

I prefer to think that it ENHANCES the flavor of the pot roast.

I need big, bold flavors. Cause I'm old!!:)

Not very good with these fancy different languages.
I love hot sauce on anything and everything, including ice cream occasionally. :D

cornbread waffle smothered in chili & shredded cheese -- with a Tallgrass Buffalo Sweat (stout) chaser.

ever eat cornbread with chili?
ever crumble some of it in to soak up the juice and make it thicker?
this just takes it one step further.

It's brilliant. I'm going slap my wife for not thinking of this.

good call - I hear she's got a BK5 and she knows how to use it!
I thought about offering to console the widow, but then I remembered RAH's words on the subject and that would get me in a world of trouble too... :D

its an everything bagel + grilled onions + ham + cheese + egg over easy + salt/pepper

I wholeheartedly agree with you on that one brother!
Buffalo Sweat and the Tallgrass ale are pretty much the only beer I buy in cans these days.

That looks like a 3-half bagel - extra points for impossibility.

That is maybe the best beer ever to come in a can.

Compare to Guinness. Now. Right now. Then a detailed off-topic review, please.

My first thought was OMGWTF.
And then.... Hm...... I like chili in a bread bowl...

IN FACT, just this week I finished the chili-over-polenta combination which is so slammin' it doesn't require cheese (tho cut it if you've got it).
But like I said earlier, I don't photograph no chili.
