Today's breakfast was pretty simple compared to the others, but still oh so tasty. Pot roast hash. Start off with a layer of hashbrowns, top with pot roast, pile on an egg (over easy), and then top with shredded cheddar. Salt and pepper to taste.
Guyon, you might just want to concede defeat at this point.
For those new to the forum, see the previous threads here:

I've been plotting a plate-sized bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and/or a twelve-egg omelette. I may be down, but I'm not conceding defeat yet.
Hot sauce woulda interfered with the flavor of the pot roast! I put it on enough other stuff to make up for it though. Now if only the missus would stop complaining on date night...![]()
Chicks around here love a guy that can cook more than Ramen noodles.
Murph- I thought it was Espanol...
I prolly screwed that up.![]()

ever eat cornbread with chili?
ever crumble some of it in to soak up the juice and make it thicker?
this just takes it one step further.

It's brilliant. I'm going slap my wife for not thinking of this.
after thinking about that for a second.....bad idea.

That looks like a 3-half bagel - extra points for impossibility.
Compare to Guinness. Now. Right now. Then a detailed off-topic review, please.
My first thought was OMGWTF.
And then.... Hm...... I like chili in a bread bowl...
IN FACT, just this week I finished the chili-over-polenta combination which is so slammin' it doesn't require cheese (tho cut it if you've got it).
But like I said earlier, I don't photograph no chili.
