Thanks everyone for the comments on the schrades. They took a long time of searching and are a couple of my absolute favorite knives.

MMM, truly a fine piece of cutlery with that winchester.

Fine old Winchester, Al!! Left everyone speechless for a while!!:)

Time to nudge this thread back to consciousness!!
Here is a Junior Cattle Knife, 3 1/4", marked Syracuse Knife Company. A sub-brand of Camillus, the tang stamps are arched and well-placed, and the knife is exquisitely made! Nice swedges and pulls, all blades marked, great W&T. Though virtually unused, it had crappy handles, so a good friend rehandled it in nice slim stag!
Work worthy of the finest Sheffield-trained cutlers of old!!
Thanks Eric!!
Pretty sure it is pre-WWII. Small, but feels heftier than it looks!

That's a fine jr cattle Charlie, with fine stag. I don't know if I've said it here before, but aside from aesthetic reasons I really like jr cattles because they are the most size efficient pocket knife that's capable of just about anything.

Here's a scarce schrade jr I received via trade recently. It's a grail knife that I never really thought I'd find a surviving example of.

Nice find, Paul!!
Pearl Schrade Cuts are not that common!!

Thanks, Jeff!
Eric did a great job - as good as it gets!

Thanks for the photo of the Syracuse Charlie - is that the model you’ve landed on for your SFO?!

I have been watching, waiting, hoping there will be a SFO announcement somewhere in this thread

I would be delighted with a jr cattle knife SFO. Clip or spear, sheepsfoot and pen please. :D

No announcement folks - just celebrating the great job Eric did on the Syracuse!
