RR-Cutlery problem

I was saying that based on your previous posts, HE has been told not to do what HE is doing right now. You stated that I was mistaken, and I was pointing out that I was not mistaken based on the posts you made already. I wasn't insisting you'd done anything wrong, or insisting you should be doing anything. I was simply saying that lots of people are re-hashing the mistakes Bones has made, while seeming to ignore what RR did tonight.

I wasn't questioning the Mods, but based on your previous posts, he'd already been told to upgrade, and has yet to do so and vacate the forum he posted in tonight. The posts I quoted didn't mention a Friday night deadline, and your mention of that was posted after my statement you referred to as a mistake.

There's a lot of assumption in your post. I never told RR not to post anything until upgrading. As I said I gave him instructions on how to upgrade tonight after he already posted the ad that you quoted.

I'm not exactly sure what the problem is you have with me or why you insist on trying to point my "mistakes" but suggest you stop as you have nothing to do with the way the site is run or the parties involved.

There's a lot of assumption in your post. I never told RR not to post anything until upgrading. As I said I gave him instructions on how to upgrade tonight after he already posted the ad that you quoted.

My assumption was based on my belief that your quoted posts (all of which were previous to his posting tonight, as well as your mention of the deadline) had bite and meant something. Your posts stated a decision that had been made, and gave no mention of a later date for enforcement.

I'm not bad-mouthing or playing armchair QB. I believed that when you said he had to upgrade, he really had to upgrade, and didn't expect he'd be allowed one more sale before the decision was enforced. If that's the current ruling, so be it. I had zero knowledge of that when I posted what you called a mistake.

Again, I'm not insisting you've done anything wrong. I just had a previously founded belief based on what I'd read. I was never pointing out your mistakes, but pointing out that he'd been told, and HE seemed to have ignored what he'd been told.

I have zero problem with you, or anything you've done. I was actually giving you credit for having made a ruling, and giving RR credit for having ignored it.

When someone sells an item and ships it and it is delivered, the title to the knife passes to the buyer. Without court action or an agreement to the contrary (like the agreement when you buy a car on credit that the seller can repo the car if you don't pay), it's the buyer's property whether he pays or not. What the seller has is not a knife, it's a chose in action or claim that can be enforced by civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Without more (like intending all along not to pay), failure to pay for a purchased action is not a crime - "theft" - it's breach of contract and the basis of a civil action. If the seller wins the civil action, there is a "judgment debt" owed by the buyer. If the buyer does not pay the judgment, he is still not a thief.

Calling someone who does not pay his bills a "thief" may make you feel better. Better hope it does not cause enough injury to make it worthwhile for that person to get a lawyer. Odds are probably in you favor to get away with it. You are less likely to get away with ignoring the mods.

Let me make this perfectly clear then. He was informed tonight at 9:04 PM about what he had to do and how to do it.

I know one thing. Alot of members need to bail out of this thread , Tony i dont need you gone, Or any of the rest of you either, We all have are opinions an beleive me we voiced them, But theres a point been made. Its all about the clock now. RYCEN has had all he can take of it. We have pushed it to the limit. The "BANNED" wagon is about to begin.. No need to comment about my post.Lets let this go.Till the membership upgrade and testing an pass around is over. ;)

If you feel u need to respond to my post do it in a pm to me directly not on here.

Enough of this.
The only thing that really pertains to this thread is actually whether or not Boness555 received the knife (his original complaint) and has indeed paid for it. (A problem he himself caused)
We all know that he has indeed received it and I will ask RR Cutlery directly if it has been paid for.

EDIT: R&R Cutlery has told me that Bones555 has indeed reissued the payment for this item.

Other than that last fact, this thread is closed.
