Sad day for my Sebenza

If I broke the clip off of a Seb in my waistband, I think the very first thing I would do is run home, take pictures, and post a thread titled: "Holy crap! The sky is falling! Run for the hills!" or something like that and THEN make a thread about the sad story. Still, though I'm poor, blah blah, and would be crushed if I lost an expensive knife, I couldn't fathom asking any of you to replace my knife or donating to a replacement fund. Stubborn pride? Maybe. Respect for all the help and information I've already received from this forum? For sure.

Well said. Given that the OP's situation re the loss of a friend is true, he has my sympathy. However, he hasn't developed a sufficient 'forum presence' for me to even consider contributing to a knife replacement.

Should the entire scenario be a fabrication, may he reap the rewards of his deceit.
