Originally, I was gonna make the spacers .006" thk., but I like the number 7, so......
Two .007" thk T6 washers to provide .001" play total on each side of concaved Ti shouldered lanyard pin hole filler + 17-4PH stop pin heat treated bushing:
Assembled, look like these and the heat treated stop pin bushing provides the 35% RIL lock position, unlike the soft factory bushing that could affect/increase RIL lock up %age, now, I no longer have to baby this Insingo on full speed flick deployment:
