sage 5 compression lock in honor of Sal...

Are there any updates on the release of the Sage 5 announced at shot show 2016?

Lol. Heck, since we are going there, I'd love to see a Protec Spyderco collab whip up an auto PM2. [emoji12] yeah, I know it's not a lock, but I was just dreaming for a second.

Still waiting on the release of the Sage 5. I'm gonna guess Xmas timeframe.
 
Just saw the sage 5 in the midyear catalog today...so hopefully it will be at blade show this weekend...
 
It's showing up for pre-order on some sites. Retail price of $219.95 and therefore MAP is $131.97. At that price, I'll definitely be ordering one.
 
I'm so excited that the comp lock sage is coming out, I'm absolutely getting one as soon as they are available! I also like that they are releasing several other compression lock knives this year, it's my favorite lock type that I've used.
