Sal: why no "assisted opening" or "flipper" Spydercos?

I don't like flippers because they tend to open in the pocket when carrying tip down.

Scotch, you could always choose waved spydie... That should help bit. I like flippers on bigger knives, like my JYD II COmposite or Lahar, but my EDC, I prefer Spydie hole, since I can open it slowly and not scare people around what happends with A/O's or flippers.
