Saturday Stag Show

zoicmc.jpg

Here I am very late to the game... not only because today is Sunday, but also because I only recently added a stag handled knife to my collection. Never been a stag lover, but she is starting to grow on me... well, maybe just a little, lol! ;-) The knife is a Tidioute fixed blade knife with a burnt stag handle.

Thanks Jeff! It´s actually a great knife. The stag is just amazing - one of the best pieces I ever had. Puma is really making a great knife. As well as today or as yesterday (and hopefully future). :)

Jimmy, that is a great looking FB.

Here is a gratuitous shot. I may have a problem.

Steve, some really nice ones in there!
I'm struck by the one on the left, below the equal end, the barehead with squared corners. What is it?? And could I ask you to post a few more pics please? :D

Aha! I knew there was a reason I was strangely attracted to it...! ;) Gotta love John's drastic clip blades, so often seen with that wicked-looking recurve. Nice one! Thanks for the additional pics!

Popcorn anyone? :D A future pair of folder scales.

Happy Saturday folks.

This Le Thiers Compagnon by the Chambriards is such a nice fitting stag scales on there, widens out nicely which makes for a solid grip, that plus all the other good stuff adds up to a nice stag folder ;)

Thanks it's pretty nice, the blade is ground down fairly thin, plus it has a distil taper to the blade as well so it narrows from tang to point as well as spine to edge.
