This knife pic showed up in Mr. Levine's forum yesterday. What an abortion. My FIRST complete forged knife looked 100 times better than that in the fit and finish department (lets not even talk about design and proportion) and was still embarrased to show it in public, much less even name a price when asked.......actually, my response was "$19.95 and you get the 5 Ginsu steak knives for free" That thing looks like it was filed out of the bumper of a '63 Rambler. I know that it is bad karma to say unkind things about other people's work, but this isn't some kid showing off his first knife and asking for feedback. $1195? Are you STONED?
