Gentlemen look at my history and feedback here been here way way longer and never scammed anyone. I’m a grown adult with a job and integrity with no need to be a pos.

Agreed I suppose I should have said it differently however not an excuse to keep my property that I refunded due to not being satisfied
No not an excuse if that did happen, but helps to be as accurate and detailed as possible. If I open an knife, sharpen it, and carry it around in my pocket but don’t use it, that’s what I’d say in my listing. But I digress. The issue here is mainly the supposed disappearance of a knife.

You're lying. Just like you lied about the condition the knife you sent me. Not sure why after the positive feedback you have so far that you're acting this way now, but I think it's clear that you intentionally sold me a beat up, used and sharpened knife and advertised it as like new.

I sent you back the knife. I also paid for insurance. I'm not going to comment nor respond to you because you're not being civil. I'll do my best to get USPS to pay. If they do, I'll send you the money. For now, I don't believe that you didn't receive the knife.
This should be an easy case for USPS, since they weight the package throughout it's transit.

He knows what he's doing.

Yeah the package is marked 5 oz with contents and box , sounds a bit light to me for a boxed and knife in a box.

I'm sure it weighed the same throughout. He wants his money and his knife. He's not getting any money from me. He's just trying to continue his scam as he tried to say it was like new. Not even close.

So then why would have a problem returning it then, he’s more less stating he kept it

This looks like a he said/he said between two gold members in apparent good standing. We are going to need to combine our powers and summon “SuperMod”.
Well, we 100% for sure know that he intentionally lied about the condition of the knife. He put LNIB in post and then says that he didn't put that.. proof he knows the difference. He did this intentionally. Not sure.. and personally I don't care. He was cussing at me and calling me names in my inbox. I didn't even know what he was talking about. Now we're here. I have a philosophy though and it's called.. Ahkuna Ma Ta Ta.

Let’s keep the discussion on the package and it’s transit. As far as the discrepancy in condition that can be discussed after this is figured out

You said you were going to file a claim with USPS. That would imply the knife was removed from the box while in transit. You wouldn't file a claim that says the guy is lying about the knife not being in the box.

I'm trying me best to remedy any way. I'm going to have to tell USPS that the box has missing contents.

If the condition of the knife was not as described than sure that's a problem in of itself.
But I hope this is not a case of eye for an eye.

Good luck with that. Postal fraud is a felony. I have no idea who is telling the truth here, but my advise would be if somehow you forgot to put the knife in the box, send him the knife and be done with it.

Showing character for the court your honor. I've presented my case and I'm done with this whole fiasco. It's stupid. I've spent time and money and now more time dealing with this guy because he wanted to scam. I'm not wasting anymore time. I'm sure USPS will cost me more time as well. No reason for me to keep commenting here.

So, now I'm the bad guy?? That's fine.

He can deal with USPS his self. Better yet.. you help him.
