As I wrote in the e-mail that I sent you, I would appreciate it if you could mount it for me. If I wanted later on, could it be feasible for me to replace it with the kydex belt loop?

Wrong answer Scott. You were supposed to say..."terrible, they snap off like a dry twig, a butter knife would cut a piece of wood better, they are for decoration only...not..."I've cut rope, wood, and heavy duty zip ties."...you make it really really hard to say NO!!!!!

I'm pretty confident my heat treat is good now that I've tested some knives. Still, you never know! QC on steel, impurities, etc. Never had a problem myself, but I've talked to other knifemakers who have. Maybe a bad batch of steel gets through now and then? Had a fella one time tell me about his friends Randall's first 1 1/2" just snap off (while breaking up a bag of ice).

Just so everyone knows, If anyone ever has a problem with one of my knives during NORMAL use (on your honor), I'll replace it for free.

Cutting cinder blocks, punching through steel car doors, using it as a piton, and prying open hatches is not normal knife use!
