Sebenza or Spyderco??

Wow, Geoff! That is a pretty cool knife.

I can see the beginning of framelock in there.

Thanks for posting that

Since I'm allergic to thumb studs Sebbies aren't for me:o

Otherwise they look and feel great:D

If they did a collaboration with Spyderco I might get one, but otherwise it is another great knife I won't be buying;)

I have had several Spyderco and loved them all.. I sold all with the exception of the P-mil.. the p-mil rides in a Chris Reeve calfskin pouch on the weekends.. Weekdays the small sebenza is my EDC. I tried the Umm and thought it was to HUGE.. sold it within 24 hours.. My knife collection is down to 2 folders and 6-7 fixed baldes.. I hunt more than most and find my Doziers are the perfect tool for the field. My rule is if I want to buy a new knife, one must be sold..I don't see any knife replacing the Para or the sebenza. In my mind the search is over.. I will say the sebenza cure my itch to buy more folders..

Here it is:

Thanx Geoff.

I've got a smaller model that is on its way to Paul for photos.

[Spyderco Fanboy Shield] Dude he said he doesn't buy knives from overseas, he didn't say anything about cars, tv's or watches. You are in the wrong thread. [/Spyderco Fanboy Shield]

Spyderco makes great knives, but they can't touch the fit and finish of a Seb. I too have a adopted a USA only knife standard and subsequently sold off all Spyderco's save for the Military and P-Mil models. The fact that the last 4 out 5 Spyderco models released were made in Taiwan means I probably won't be buying very many more.

Go for the Sebbie.

So you dont support our allies? :)

Of all the companies in America that I would have a snit fit with over them doing us wrong, I think Spyderco wouldn't even make my list. People's sensitivities vary I guess.
