Yea, too bad Bill ran out of hemlock and had to fall back on copperhead, but into each life some rain must fall right?Really glad to hear You’re recovering Charlie. I hate to see good people grow old, but hopefully this new joint is a down payment for many, many more years of doing what you want to do.
Also, thanks for keeping up with the project- you should be allowed all the time you need to heal without us pestering you. I hope you know my comments were all in good fun.
anyone else thrilled about this forum knife? I haven’t bought a new knife or bladed tool since the polls began, avidly awaiting this bit o’ excitement.
Years ago I asked an older gentleman, “What’s the secret of youth”. His reply was, “Get old”. To me it’s all about perspective. I’m coming up on my two year anniversary of my hip replacement and though I still walk with a cane. (it’s a long story) I’m in NO pain. Hopefully for Charlie all will be good!I hate to see good people grow old, but hopefully this new joint is a down payment for many, many more years of doing what you want to do.
My daughter loved that TV show.Good luck Charlie
