THIS!! 100%!! Just the fact that there is currently no GEC sawcut in Hemlock Green has my vote as well. It's a great color, sure to win over all those Black Cherry fans as well.

This knife has long since been re-homed but it's about the closest I was able to ever capture the beauty of Hemlock Green.

Why, pray tell, is this called "green"?

Surprised more of our white/ivory voters haven't gone with Sepia as it's the closest to a well worn/aged white as it gets. Also the sawcut no matter the color will most likely look quite different than the jigged bone examples being posted ... for better or worse is hard to tell. I guess it'll take more time to see what the "real" options turn out to be as it draws closer ...

Hemlock!

I like how hemlock "green + red = brown" kind of looks maroon, so it's got my vote. At least I'm hoping it looks that way, but I guess it depends on how they turn out since it tends to vary in color.

This certainly feels like the old okie doke. A red dye named a different color, green, in the brown dye poll.🤔🙄😉
I suppose I see that a little, but to me it looks much more in the brown family than red! However, I’ll admit that had red won the previous round of polling I would have pushed hard to see Hemlock in the final round there as well! ;)

I think it’s more unique than any of the other options suggested in either of the brown or red categories, and obviously rare enough that there are few knives to show, and none of them sawcut. If we want something uniquely special for a forum 2021 knife, I think the choice is clear.

Went with copperhead (for now at least) but they all look so good to me! 😊👍🏻

This is my personal experience with Hemlock Green. I had to dig deep in my archives, I only took a few pictures of it before I ended up trading it for the same knife, but in Blood Red.

In my opinion, it is definitively brown but like with any dark colored bone cover, it lightens towards the bolsters and usually shows hints of red and lighter browns. It's a very attractive cover and I do regret letting it go but do not regret the trade I made awhile back. It could look rather striking in sawcut.
