Based on th production photos im going to take a swing and say the bolsters for the 2ab are the same as for our knife. It continues with our theme at least. Brown covers that are named green that look red which may appear black named for the tree yet, made of bone. Also tree type is of the pine needle variety so we will have a leaf on the bolster. Perfect. (And i probably still missed a few idiosyncrasies)
