Sellers' Descriptions: do you need explanation for the sale?

I assume sob stories are lies. I live in the city where black, white, young & old often tell the same story…”I just got into town and ran out of gas, I don’t have enough money to get enough gas to make it to my…” I’ve had one bum use the same story over several years. Also Never give money to pan handlers with cleaner clothes than yours 🙂
