I'm not a Mormon, so I can't comment. They might be sister knives! Mine came with dark red G10 originally.
Heck yeah! The Cold Steel Demko stuff is great! I have a few other CS knives like the Mini Leathernecks and the SRK and they are pretty cool also! Very inexpensive too!Had I known these Cold Steel production Demko patterns were this good, I'd have picked them up a lot sooner...
Are my eyes, or the angle, deceiving me, or does the Rockscale scales being slightly thinner mean that the pivot screw protrudes slightly on one or both sides?3 x AD20 in 3V and Ti, 2 x liner-less Rockscale on the left, OG on the right (work folder):

Note that the Rockscale scales just fit, a simple assembly (if you don't loose the spring). The OG scales are more involved, you need the right skiff bearings, spacers, etc.
Also, the OEM AD20 weight is (per Demko website):
Weight (G10): 5.1 oz
Weight (Titanium): 6.9 oz
