Lucky Dog Knife Co met Finn at the post office. He was there with Luanne.

Spresso gets a bath. Had a flea infestation at home I tackled with a collar for my cat along with lighted gazebo sticky traps. One or more must have hitched a ride on me. Was reluctant to put a collar on her so decided a thorough bi-weekly bath and gazebo traps at her second home might work.

Blurry action photo - she doesn't like the bath part at all and will make a break for it if she can. But she loves the towel rub down afterwards!

spent a small fortune but couldn't save her....fatcat is gone. had to put her down today. she was to sick and suffering too much and wasn't right to ignore it

Sorry to hear that JB. We went through that a few years back with our last two cats and last year with our oldest dog.

thanks y'all. I knew she was ready to go awhile ago, but had to let the wife realize it on her own. only cost me a pretty penny, but had to do it for the wife.

she was a good rescued stray, but life goes on. there are other animals who need a home to rescue.....

Spresso's bi-weekly bath - she still struggles getting in but settles down a bit and only makes a couple of verbal protests. Hence some less blurry photos

I tried to bathe Smokey once when I first got him, because he was stressed from the move, and stopped cleaning himself, and was very very stinky. All I had was a stand up shower stall, and I thought I could wash him in there. That was a mistake that cost me some blood.

A year and half or so ago he had mats in a very inconvenient place which led to his own little klingon invasion. He got stinky again. This time I tried to bathe him in a rubbermaid partly filled with warm water and baby shampoo. I got him in there, but he was crying and struggling and then started making nips at me, though not committed ones. Shot across the bow, so to speak. I took the hint. In retrospect, a fluff monster like him, waterlogged, would probably only make the matter fur issue worse.

So I brush him daily and let him worry about the cleaning. He does a good job.
