I've only these two Boker Appaloosa Stockman's...

image-22.jpg

My dad used Boker Trappers and Stockmans as a ranch hand back in the 60's-80's and even though I wanted to get him a GEC Abilene Stockman for Christmas, he'll appreciate the Boker much more. I bought two, one for him and one for myself.

My old red bone Boker Barlows:

The blades on both are very full, but, the spearpoint has seen a lot of days in a pocket. ;):)

Found this beauty for less than a twenty

Very good Pen that.

This arrived yesterday, Copperhead in Appaloosa Bone. Extremely pleased with it -hideously sharp, it drew blood - and for 30 plus postage from the Bay new, a fine bargain.

Thanks, Will.

The just finished Boker display cabinet:

(Glass was removed to prevent reflections)

I need to find some more Neo magnets and add about four more old knives. ;)

I bought this to display some of my old knives from various old US manufacturers - the only two Bokers are the clip and spear Barlows. ;):)

The remaining knives were made by Cattaraugus, Schrade Cut. Co., Hatch, Utica, Remington, and Shapleigh.

I have no intention of filling it with Boker knives - well - not for now anyway. :)

Primble, that display of yours looks terrific! Here is a Böker stag handle Congress I found in a gunshop back in early September. OH

Will,
I have been tempted many times by those Boker copperhead knives (especially the beer barrel version). I don't need one (too big for my pockets, and too much competition for my backpack) and I will probably never get one, but they are very nice.

Primble,
nice display you have there. The knife in the top left corner caught my eye in an instant. I don't think I ever saw that Boker model, so maybe you can enlighten me a bit... :)

Just received this new Tree Brand Classic 4" carbon stockman in appaloosa bone. I really dig the shield on this.

Pattern is #117474AB, and no mention of China anywhere on knife or box.

I believe I bought that knife from Mamba earlier this year. It was a sweet knife. It went missing in action this past October in Aiken, SC.

I just recently replace it with this one. Notice the difference in the blade etch.

Here's mine and I think this is fantastic bone. Etches change quite a lot but it's the tang stamps that are key.
