Also, just used the KK to cut some hot dogs. It was in need of some sharpening, so I hit it with the sharpmaker stones real quick. I can say for sure that the blade is of uniform hardness, and takes a great edge with very little effort. I'll bring it to razor sharp on the belt tomorrow though
