Preshave:Hot shower
Brush: Fendrihan Super Badger
Soap: The Real Shaving Co. Menthol
Razor: Odd 1929? Canadian Gillette Old meant for newer blades
Blade: Dorco 301-ST
Aftershave: Old Spice Splash
Like I said in my previous SOTD post I have been using the shaving cremes that I don't like to shave with as a shower pre shave treatment, today it was Nivea For Men. While I find this creme does an decent job for shaving, I just don't like the scent. The RS Co creme has a similar scent but is nowhere as strong, but I find it is much better for shaving so it stays out of the shower.
I haven't used my old standby blades, Dorco 301-St, in some time. Well since I got the IP Reds I think I have given away more Dorcos than I have used. It takes a lot more effort and time to get a close shave with the Drocos, but they still give me a smooth irritation free shave. I had to do 5 passes and some buffing to get as close of a shave as I wanted with the Dorco.
Lately I have been using the Old Spice I bought more and more. Yes it has a little bite to it but I like the finish it has, and as I mention before it is sort of like a trip down memory lane each time I use it.
And now for my attempt at taking a nice SOTD picture, unfortunately what I get is a imitation of Mark's pictures

I just don't seem to have the creative eye for pictures
