Shawn Tran (youtube name: URBNSpice) Sucks!

wow, apparently this kid has been receiving a lot of messages from many of you hounding him for being a scumbag. It has seemingly been a big part of an apology i just received, and a vow to have my money refunded by tomorrow afternoon. In the end we're only talking about $60, which may or may not seem like a lot of money to all of you. But, for all of us, i'm sure the principals in question here obviously, and heavily out weigh the monetary value.

I just want to thank everyone who got involved, again $60 isn't much, but right is right!

wow, interesting. Any info for me as to the date of payment, and shipment arrival? Not that this is important at this point, but how is the condition?
 
Im funkkkshawn on YT. I bought the delica from urbn. It seemed like a pretty smooth transaction. I was just here reading all this because I saw urbnspice. Ive chatted with him for a bit. He seemed like an average knife enthusiast but it seems he messed up big time on this one. @chadriv I hope you get your money back.

Well I bought the delica from him about a month ago-ish? He sent it out the next day. He used UPS. The condition was used/lnib as he mentioned in his video.

WAIT! From my understanding from this thread. You bought the British Racing Green ZDP-189 Tom Krein Regrind Delica? or the G10 Delica? Because I bought the British Racing Green ZDP189 one.

Well that certainly explains very much... about a month ago-ish puts us at, let's say October 1st (which is being generous), and i sent him payment for the same knife October 7th. He also sent me a message October 8th saying he "will ship out the knife today"

So, there's obviously been some lies. Hopefully he's not lying about refunding me the money.

I like the way Shawn Tran pretended he bought a knife from himself and gave himself a good review. Bad enough you hose the guy, but then you go out of your way to make him look like a fool on here.

He actually looks even better cause I figured out who you were and pointed it out but he had a little faith that someone wouldn't do something so low.
 
What's more is I searched all of Kaotick's posts and they all match up to the knives in his Youtube videos, The Tom Krein regrind and the knife he hosed Chadrivr for as well. Even his beloved SanRenMu 710.

Ain't it a bitch that everything you do on the internet leaves a history, Kaotick?
 
BigBrad75 traded for the Delica in question on Oct. 4th. I'm sure it was sent to a Mr. Shawn Tran in California who I think can get himself in quite a bit of trouble for internet fraud.

BigBrad75 is obviously just an innocent pawn in Shawn Tran's scheme here and is not associated in any way to this man's actions, just thought I should point that out.

Wow, $60.00 or $6,000.00, this is the sloppiest internet scam I have ever witnessed. I can't believe the kid was actually gonna try to keep the $60.00 and have the guy file a claim.

If you are looking for new colored ones it might run you a bit more because they are discontinued. Some places have it and rose the prices. Coincidentally similar knives that you and the OP purchased from URBNSpice are knives that you "knew an ebay buyer" had for sale and one you were trying to trade for a Stretch on 09-04-2010.

Man is this klown busted. Of course most of the post mordem flaming is redundant as I woke up this morning and saw that Esav had already buried this chump with a simple check of the e-mail address, but this kid needs to come in here and own up.
