Kit Carson did it so well with his Model 21, a coping blade. I carried a small Model 21 for a few years, I have this one which is unused. There is a large version, too.

Funny, when I was going through my pictures, I was excluding quite a few because they were so obviously "Wharncliffes" not "Sheepsfeet"

Then there is this one. Where the hell does it fit ? The knife that was not to be named ....

Joke aside, the last three are "Seaxes" in my head.

The middle one in the last pic could be considered a modern version of a "Mukti".

When they have a sweeping edge, I call them Sweepsfoot blades.

I like that! But I've been drinking tequila so my judgement is suspect. Whatever you call them, I like the shallower belly and the stouter tip of the mod sheep. Hopefully that makes sense. haha

Love that blade shape. As soon as I saw the MSI a little over a year ago I knew I HAD to have it. It has been a staple of my EDC rotation ever since.
