Kizer Rogue with a 3" S35VN blade, 4.125" tutanium handle, under 4 ounces, $116. It was just released so more should show up at dealers soon.

This one looks like a lot of knife for the money. I don't care for framelocks, but if you don't share my prejudice the Rogue looks like a winner.

I think the Benchmade mini griptillian 555-1 looks like a winner. The CPM-20cv steel is pretty insane, nice inconspicuous sub-3" blade, looks cool, and has a great price. Also has that Spyderco Spydie super hole thumb opener if you're into that.
