Carbon Fiber love

My First hand made full contoured (no flat spots ;) ) scale.

First time working with Glass fiber weave. I like it :)
One is lightning strike carbon fiber with a silver glass weave bolster with Reptilian/Dino pattern. Love it. Feels great in the hand. Very grippy.

I also loved how my first full contoured (no flat spots) came out so I did two more both with glass fiber weave bolsters. One with a green liner and one with a purple liner.
Love them! Feels great in the hand.

Lol. You do. It's a great blade. Feels really good in the hand, especially with the new scales I made ;)

I like Black Widows because I'm a skier and almost all my ski gear is by made by Spyder. They used a black widow as their logo.

I don't hunt. I like shooting targets and steel plates. Although with all the genetically modified food and water on the shelves I'm giving hunting another thought as food. Lol.

I haven't skied in years, but I miss it. I definitely agree with you on the Southard and the hunting!

I don't work with wood :\ I do think wood looks great. Just haven't learned all of the intricacies of it yet.
 
Everything in here looks so awesome! I decided to come over here after seeing some of your custom work done on a Spyderco Chaparral for a fellow Calgarian. I was contemplating inquiring about a set of custom scales for my Chaparral, but I just recently ordered a couple of Spyderco's new Swick3 fixed blade. I'll be in the market for a sheath (for neck carry, but I'd also like the option to be able to attach it to a belt as well), and a set of scales. Maybe 2 of both...haven't decided on that yet. Would I need to send you one of my Swicks for sheath and scale fitting?
