I started a few at the end of the Shiv production.
All Shivs are now fully machined. About half are hardened.
Judging by the comments and reactions here, I'd say it's closer to 100%

Damn thats slick. Liking that thicker handle, I know what I'll be carrying in the back country and hog hunting. Think I'll name it the Danger Dangus, the uf2 can be Danger Dangus JrAs I said previously, feels great. Here it is compared to UF1/DEF1 (not sure how the UF2/DEF2 compares). Between the thicker blade stock, and the scales themselves having a bit more swell, really fills the hand nicely.

Just be sure to check screws on the belt loop attachment. Mine were pretty loose, and I think it's because the tighter they are (at least when using the top set of holes), the harder it is to get the knife out because it makes it harder for the halves to split apart at the throat.Damn thats slick. Thanks for the tip. I'll use some blue loc tite and get the retention where I need it with the screws.Just be sure to check screws on the belt loop attachment.
