Looking fine, I guess sanding would be a lot of work and don't know how FC is going to work on a blasted surface. I would cold blue it and oil it and call it a day

Cold bluing is definitely easier. By fine, you notice the recurve? This was a straight bar beforehand. I saw only once in a vid a wakizashi lose the sori a 1/2". Other posts I've seen on here, BRT A2 wakizashi build, he gained a sori outta a straight bar. Odd and I don't have the knowledge as to why. Got another build going, more accurate and real deal which I designed a sori (whole new thread down the road).

I did, I wasn't even sure if it is the same sword, but if think it looks better now. Shouldn't have any influence on the zombie head chopping ability
