i wanna see new offerings from KaBar and ESEE of course... but Doug Ritter's new toy, and gosh, so many more...

Well so far I can't find any new Kabar/Becker knives but I did find this Special Anniversary colt 1911-2011

for that kind of money, i could buy actual old guns, and shoot them :)

my local store had several, that went for easy $3-4k, great shape. all they have left now are the merely decades and decades old models this guy dumped from his collection ;) $1-3k :) heh heh heh.

sadly, though, not for me. keeping life inexpensive as possible for 2011 i think. working hard. ditching cruft i don't use too. compacting so as to make what i do have the more sweet.
 
Those lucky guys are probably having waaaaaaay too much fun to post a pic or two for us lowly non-attendees :grumpy: Looking at cool knives, guns and gear by day and hanging out drinking free booze at gaming tables by night! well, that's what I'd be doing anyway :D

ETA, just got off the phone with Ethan, he was gettin' his party on with Jeff, Mike, Tony, The Rowens, and Adam with E2E was there, he's going to do an interview with Ethan, and the Redneck Action Figure about the ESKabar. Should be a great vid, no doubt. Heard about some of the new Kabar knives, and we will have some pics coming soon, not sure if they will be up before SHOT is over, but we'll see. All in all sounds like a good time, Ethan said the show was SLAMMED all day today, and there will be more info coming, I'm sure.

Most of them do actually look useful; ugly, but useful:D. That fixed tanto, however, is atrocious. It looks like something you'd order from BudK. I'm just sayin'.
 
Somebody needs to post some pics of the BK12 asap. And then the tweeners. It cant be right that we have to wait until shot is over?
