SHOT is about 3 weeks away! Any whispers of Buck's 2015 offerings?

Also wondering what Buck has up their sleeve. I expect to see the Compadre bush tools, but I hope there are a few surprises out there!

I have NO knowledge, none. You can say I am full of it, but I do not circulate in that world. BUT, how about who ever goes takes some good photos to share with everyone here. New offerings especially. ....300

Good call, 300Bucks.

Doesn't hurt to dream too. Like...

- Small version of Vantage Force line
- Return of charcoal dyamondwood scales
- Buck/Tops neck knife
- Return of the Buck/Wenger series
- Buck letter opener

Oh. And I look forward to the new knife designed by a SEAL. :)

I would love to see a return to the full flat grind on the 300 series and Ebony Dymondwood.

Buck already makes one. TOPS/Buck Liaison

So true, BuckTool. I still need to pick up the Liaison.

I'm thinking more along the lines of what you posted yesterday here in the forums--something like the Buck/Hood Boot Knife. Would love a belt (kydex?) carry option on a small fixed neck knife from Buck.

I see where we can pre order the open season pro series on a knife sales site. They even have pictures. Nice looking knives! I think I will place the order.

Oh wow. A folding drop point in s30v and rosewood. Also looks like choice of thermoplastic scales for budget minded buyers. Pictures all have the website's water mark and I don't want to break forum rules. Jim

A few from the 2015 line:

The new 119 & boot knife:

Automatic:

"The 898 Impact springs open with the slide of a button, readying the S30V steel blade for quick action. The button lock style keeps the knife locked open and closed to prevent accidental deployment. The aluminum handle has a texture inlay which secures the grip, while offering a lightweight material." Quote courtesy of ammoland.

Bushcrafter:

"Named after the rugged Selkirk Mountain range beginning in the Northern Panhandle of Idaho, the 863 Selkirk is a midsized survival knife with added features to help maximize survival in rugged and tough conditions. In addition to the 420HC steel blade, the Selkirk features a Micarta handle with steel bolsters (rear bolster can be used as an improvised hammer), and a heavy duty belt sheath that can be configured for horizontal or vertical carry. Included with the sheath is a fire starter/whistle tool." (bold added by me) Quote courtesy of Ammoland.
